On average, a conversation lasts 18 minutes. From January to November 2023, more than 950 calls have been recorded on the Heart2heart-English line.

This issue has increased significantly since the pandemic. 

2/3 of our volunteers are women, 1/3 are men. On average, volunteers work about 20 hours per month for Tel 143.
