Your training

The training includes:

  • Compassionate listening and conversation
  • Biographical work and self-reflection
  • Topics such as suicide, depression, mental illness, loss, dying, addiction and violence
  • Using the telephone system

The training is provided by the regional office of Zurich. You will work in Zurich’s regional office.
