When using our services, your anonymity is guaranteed – regardless of whether you call or write us. Everything you tell us is treated confidentially. Data protection is a matter of course for us.

We guarantee your anonymity

We ensure anonymity for both you and our volunteers. We do not see any personal data and you do not have to provide any of them. 

We work confidentially

We keep what you tell us to ourselves. We are bound by professional secrecy. This also applies after ending an engagement with Tel 143.

Data protection is a top priority

We comply with the Swiss Data Protection Act. Our website only collects technically necessary data. We do not pass this on to third parties.

For statistical purposes, we collect the following data after each contact:

  • the topic of conversation
  • the presumed sex
  • the assumed age group
  • time and duration of the interview
  • the nature of the contact
  • the channel used

This data is used to make social challenges visible and to further develop our services. We use anonymised case studies for internal training and quality assurance purposes. You can find detailed information in our privacy policy and the terms of use.
