All people and concerns are welcome. Our services are primarily aimed at adults.

Our services are geared towards people in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
We have room for all concerns: from small everyday worries, relationship issues, loneliness, addictive behaviour, violence and suicidal thoughts to physical ailments.
We speak German, French, Italian and English. You can find more information on the respective language pages.
When minors contact us, we always refer them to Pro Juventute. This organisation specialises in helping children and young people.
