Emotional first aid

We are the best-known contact point for emotional first aid in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Around 700 carefully trained volunteers are available to talk to people in need by phone, chat or email.

We are compassionate, respectful and open towards all people and their concerns. We believe in the power of communication and are convinced: talking relieves and helps. We handle what we hear and read with professionalism and discretion. For us it‘s clear: being there for others is rewarding.
